Are my payments secure?

Yes, 100% secure.

- We accept credit card payments using one of the most trusted payment gateways, and credit card information is never stored.

- We also use the services of the world leader in protecting websites (McAfee). So the website is secure at all times.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status in real time by entering your order information on the Order Lookup page. 

Once your order has been completely processed (typically within 3-5 days of your purchase), a tracking number will be available which can be tracked through the USPS tracking website.

You can simply request your tracking number through our contact form or via email (support@GearRipple.com) and we will gladly you provide you with one. 

 

Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email. 

 

How long does shipping take?

We typically have a 1-5 day processing window to fully verify and fulfill your order.

Delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days but orders often arrive faster than expected.

For the US, the usual delivery time is 1-4 weeks.

For UK, Australia & NZ, most European and Asian countries the usual delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

 

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple fulfillment centers, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that ship from two different facilities. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!
